Project Timeline
  • Project broke ground in early 2023 and site preparation is progressing well.
  • Equipment is on order and hiring began in late 2023.
  • Building construction begins in March 2024.
  • The titanium plant is expected be operational in early 2025.
  • The greenfield operation is expected to use 100% renewable energy to manufacture titanium products for the aerospace, defense, industrial and medical applications.
  • PCC is collaborating with BHE Renewables (BHER), a Berkshire Hathaway Energy business, and the state of West Virginia.
